About Impirus

 

Impirus is a company specializing in websites and online ad management for small law firms and solo practitioners. Although we are based in Texas, we have clients across the U.S. from California to New York. With only three full time employees, we are a small company, but we believe that gives us an advantage.

Small Business Advantage

Small law firms have the advantage of being flexible.  That’s why they have fared better than large firms in this economy.  At Impirus we have the same advantage.  We can listen to our market and adapt quickly.

 

Here’s an example.  A lawyer asked if he could post social media icons on his website.  We didn’t have the capability at the time, but we saw how this could benefit our market.  So we implemented the idea within a week. 

 

Recently a few lawyers expressed interest in accepting payments through their websites.  Our websites did not have this functionality, but we saw the value, so we added it as of May 19, 2010.

    Matt has always had the desire to start businesses.  He started his first business when he was in high school, where he used computer software to create oil well evaluations.  Then, he co-founded Elinc, where he led the development of VIA veterinary practice management software.  Elinc was successfully acquired by Eklin and subsequently by VCA Antech.  Now Matt has founded Impirus, where he used his technical skills to lead the development of a website platform. The platform allows for legal websites to be easily created and updated.
